I just want to know how to use Google Adwords keyword tool for better result...

Is it correct that using only exact match function is all about, is there also other thing to know like the click rate, global visitors, competition, how do you do it?

    Use exact
    Check the cpc
Search your keywords normally on google and look at the results.
Select the top 5 websites and check their backlinks on yahoo site explorer

I hope that helps...let me know if you have any specific questions.

This pretty much coveres it. You also need to establish whether or not the keywords are buying keywords. There are tools to help you with that though.

If you can get keyword research right, you have half the battle won.

    newbie,
There are no hard and fast rules. The major keyword tool you use is your brain!
having said that, what you are looking for is a term which on the Google Keyword tool has a significant search volume (perhaps over 5000) per month exact, and with as low competition as possible.
Of course that's the holy grail and if you find a keyword very relevant to your niche, you really have to include it in your SEO.
Not that this is not an exact science. Use the data as a guide only.
The results generated in the keyword tool are from actual search terms entered by searchers. its not going to pop up some obscure words you might not have thought of.
whatever way you use the data, its important to keep testing and tweaking...
