If I Want Search Engine Traffic Is Articles on Blog Enough?

I am going for search engine traffic and i am willing to purchase 30 high quality articles a month. But I want to eliminate article directories such as ezinarticles or hubpages because it is time consuming to upload.

Instead, i will do backlinks to individual blog posts since it is easier to rank that way. What do you guys think?

    I think the best way ist to post those articles on your own blog and do some seo for them.

    I would still distribute some of those articles to other outlets after they index on my site.

    Even if you decide to keep all 30 per month for your site, I'd ask for maybe 4 more per month and offer those 4 as original content to other blogs/websites with high traffic in your niche. With a backlink to your site of course.
