Need help with catagory keywords (Market Samurai)

Ok, so I'm finding quite a few keywords that fit into Ed Dale's challenge criteria; Min 80 SEO Traffic, Min 15% Phrase-to-Broad, and under 30,000 SEO Competition.

However, when I try to find related catagory keywords, I'm not finding any that fit the criteria.

So, my question is, is it ok to fudge on the SEOC and bump it up to 60 60 or 70k in order to get a few catagory keywords as long as your theme keyword is well within the criteria?

Why aren't I asking over at the challenge forums...it's currently a ghost town over there...

Thanks in advance!

So always expect that when you having Keyword Research there are times that you have no keywords to find. But you must think of a strategy in getting keywords.

Yes If all the other factors line up and look good, I would think about upping the SEOC. Remember, the SEOC is just a very rough guideline. The only way to really access your competition is to look at the top 10 on google and see how well their sites are SEO'd. I.e. how many quality backlinks, keywords in title, url, description etc.
