I see a ton of offers on here, but I have no idea who to go with or what program(s) to purchase. I have a site that has been stuck at #13-14 for about 1.5 months. I managed to get it up from around #35 but stalled out. Should I go the .edu route, or just get a ton of links thrown at it? It is for the keywords in my signature. The keyword I am shooting for is Tucson Homes.

Thanks in advance,

-Scott

I can personally recommed someone in the products and services section here. He offers high pr profile link packages and I have great results with them. Search for H Ballim.

Are you a realtor by the way?

No, I'm the web designer for a realtor that is offering me a few $ to get him on page 1. Thanks for the referral, I appreciate it.

Cool, I gotta few real estate websites on page 1 for competitive search terms with big traffic. Exact keyword domain matches as well. I'm looking to sell em to be honest. A realtor could simply upload their own listings to it and put their contact details on there and get all the sales enquries. They're based on texas real estate, florida real estate and one is on australian real estate.

Would your guy be interested in some ready to go highly ranked, highly targeted, customisable real estate sites? I'd be happy to pay a referral commission by the way.

I do not have enough posts to respond. He only deals with single family homes, no apartments.

        Thanks though!

      Hey there,

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the art of creating Web pages that will rank high in search engine returns.

SEO is accomplished by optimizing certain sections or "elements" in the HTML coding of each page.

These sections are specifically read by search engines and, depending on the level of optimization, can create a greater likelihood of free referral traffic.

How about have your client write you 5 or 10 articles and submit to, or contact webmasters and publish on, related real estate blogs or article directories? A few articles published on some REAL sites will go a heck of a lot farther than 1,000 back links thrown at it....in my opinion.

We have been submitting 2-4 new articles per weeks, bookmarking them, yadda yadda! Most of the sites on page 1 are all linked to the same company. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Thats good, now try focusing on some Web 2.0s, Social Bookmarks, and maybe some Forum Profile links now. Also, try building links back to your Web 2.0s as well.

My recommendation would be to go for quality and not quantity for your backlinks, especially since it's a client.

    P.S.

The site loads SUPER slow. Improve the load times and you'll also see an increase in rankings.

            Thanks again,

Mate your on page SEO is not good, you dont even the basics right
(no offence). There isn't even a H1 or H2 to be seen.

At a glance there doesnt seem to be a privacy policy, disclaimer, TOS

Your content to code ratio is very low

Make sure you back up regularly if using supercache I have seen it kill
    more than 5 sites.

BTW those sig file backlinks of yours, only 1 of them counts in googles
eyes. 2 links from 1 page to a single page - only one counts. So switch
    it to an internal page.

If you want to find out the whole picture I can do a private consult or
    see my sig

I can't believe I am sharing my SEO wiz but here it goes. This guy created a new domain, website, got my top keywords for me, ranked on page #1 of google quickly. Personally I think his fees are too low but I will never complain.

He can also help with baclinks, reputation repair...

His website is seattlebusinesscatalyst dot com (he is based out of Seattle but works globally)

I would never recommend anyone that I don't use and is incredible. Let me know if you do hire him and how it goes. :p

I strongly recommend IMA google it, it does cost $97 a month but it is some of the best software I ever used and it is well worth the money for building back links.
