Is backlink energizer good to buy?

No it still hasn't, this is my squidoo page- What is Personal Services Income (PSI)
I used Add your URL to Google to add my squidoo page, should I use google webmaster tool to add that as well?
I'm think whether I should also get a copy of the backlink energizer to get my squidoo page indexed?

No, you're not supposed to add your squidoo page. I actually meant your website. Have you submitted it to google? If you haven't then go to google webmaster page and submit it.

For the squidoo page, you can bookmark them in places like digg, reddit, delicious etc so that they'll be indexed quick enough. Better still you can buy a backlink booster.

I used BLE with all the know how tips and directions mentioned in the manual to energize about 650 links from about 2 weeks and I got not more than a fraction of them indexed..... what could be wrong or it should take more than this?
