.edu backlinks for swedish e-business

I have a few questions regarding backlinks (specially .edu).
I run a e-business website in Sweden (.se domain) that sell wedding decorations and I'm trying to increase its PR from Zero to +.
My question is, do .com and .edu backlinks bought from "fiverr" really help, or should I maybe be avoiding fiverr backlinks all together?
What do you guys with experience say?
