One Website Won't Get Indexed For Some Reason???

Hey guys, does anyone have some quick tips to getting a website indexed?

I registered a domain about a month ago and I saw that It had some backlinks from the previous owner, and unlike my websites that get indexed between 24-48 hours it's been almost a month for this domain.

I've bookmarked the site, got backlinks, but it still won't get indexed.

If the previous owner got it de-indexed does that mean it carries over to me?

    What tools do you use? because in some cases tools get some error sometimes. Try to use Search Status Addons in Firefox.

    If that's a wordpress site, make sure that you have set it so that it is visible to search engines. Go to Settings > Privacy in your WordPress Dashboard and make sure "I would like my site to be visible to everyone, including search engines (like Google, Bing, Technorati) and archivers" is selected.

    Put it on Is My Site Indexed? Find Out In Two Easy Steps! and follow ALL the links on the bottom of that page. I've had sites indexed in 10 minutes using this resource.

    add your site on google webmasters. And see what probleam facing on google index and submit ur site map
