Adwords Account Suspended

I recently got a message on my adwords dashboad with the following statements:

"Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account."

My world just fell on me. Actually, adwords is my bread and butter. I have tried other sources of traffic like yahoo, bing and facebook ads, but google is still the best.

I actually quit my job last year to concentrate on Internet Marketing.

What shall I do? Can this be reactivated? Please help...

    First try e-mailing the support or call the number 1-877-721-1738. They are available from monday to friday 9a.m-9pm e.t. If that doesn work, try this:
    Create a new one with a new name, new ip, new address, new cc, and absolutely everything must be unique.

      Phone hours are now 6AM to 6PM Pacific time. I guess they don't want to be too accessible.

    I agree with imfusa, create a new account, but fix your landing page first.

      Oh and also i forgot to tell you regarding the landing page, thank you thebitbotdotcom, you should use a splash page. Because you are not allowed to advertise the same site on every account.

    Even if you copy your landing page to a new site and advertise that on a new Adwords account you will be banned again (tested )

    So change your landing page, add some subpages linked very small so visitors dont go there but google bot pick them and give your site a better score.

    edit : about, contact, privacy don't count as site content, add some pages on topic

    I got my account banned too. I didn't realize sales-pages and get-rich-quick websites are not allowed. Only after getting suspended did I really read their terms. Anyway, I'm working on some other projects for which I'll have to create a new adwords account.

    Good luck! If you haven't done already, add 'About' page, 'Contact', 'Privacy Policy' pages, etc.

    I just read through the terms of adwords, it states that any new account will automatically be deleted and the activation fee forfeited. How fair is that?

    About my landing page, it is a wp page where it is keyword rich. The only problem is they don't like the optin part of the page.

      if thats your problem then thats what you need to fix then re submit the site.

      open some dialog with adwords, inform that you work on correcting the error and re submitting the page.

      what is wrong with the opt in ? no privacy policy ? slim shady opt in offer / cpa offer ? even if you have to remove the opt in do that to refloat your account and live another day.

        Hello Cargen,
        You are right. You can reinstate your account if it is landing page violation. Change your website according to adwords rule.
        I have done that & my account got reinstated. In my experience it should work.
