Need Help on My Site

I have been running this site Bodylastics Review | Resistance Band Workouts | Resistance Band Exercises for a couple months now and am starting to get some sales. However, I want more as usual.

Here are the current stats I am getting on the site for the last 30 days:

    Hi, you have a nice site. I'm a bit confused as to why you have the naked url for Bodylastics rather than a hyperlink though? You haven't said what you are doing for traffic? Are you using ppc, seo, have you set up feeder sites, submitted your feed, submitted articles. Your stats are not telling us what you are doing to get people to your site. If you put that in your post people might be able to give you a little more help than I can.

    Thanks for the responses. For this site I have just been doing article marketing as well as setup a squidoo lens to drive traffic.

    I have just started submitting my site to RSS directories on the 14th and also doing more social bookmarking today. Doing 2-3 RSS and social bookmarks per day.

    What kind of additional seo do you suggest I do solidsnake.

    The only thing I'd do is put an h1 tag near the top of the page with your main keyword phrase in it.

    Hey Corey,
    I ran a couple of report for you. The first one is the backlinks showing up for your site. The second is for the #1 site for search term - resistance band exercises - which get about 4400 exact searchs per month.

    The competitor only has about 25 dofollow inbound links and nearly all of them have very poor anchor text.

    Try and get links on the same pages as your competitor and keep doing what your doing.

    Definitely increase the social bookmarking 2-3 per day isn't nearly enough. There is a free service called socialmarker.com it has about 40 social bookmarking sites in it. Also, in your lens do you have them linked together? Have you added modules for your rss feeds to your sites and articles?

    I would also suggest starting to twitter and creating a facebook account.

    I would you need to content to post high quality content that your users will want to read. This we improve your bounce rate, time on site, number of returning visitors and most importantly conversions. Articles and forum postings are good ways to start building backlinks.

    Socialmarker has about 40 bookmarking sites. You will have to create accounts for these sites first. Go to socialmarker.com and you can see what to do. On the right hand side is where you enter the info you would like to bookmark and once you do that it is pretty straight forward you shouldn't have much of a problem.
