where do you guys buy your hardlinks from?

I have heard of various sites that sell backlinks but I don't like the way they do it....other then shopping for backlinks here on the forum where do you go?
BTW, I am talking about site links, not just a profile or a comment spam link but actual site wide links etc...

The best method I've ever used for building backlinks is just creating content that other people want to link to. Link bait, works every time, just as long as the content is good.

  They call them chainlinks, though. But, if you ask for hardlinks, they'll usually figure it out, unless the employee is new.
