Kind of a basic SEO question, but still curious

Through some reverse engineering, I found some great blogs to comment on, and as a result, I have gotten a big boost in my rankings.

Now, I am looking to get another page ranked high in the search engines, but it is on the same domain as the other page that I have already heavily backlinked

My question is, will having multiple links of the same domain on a page give me good link juice, or will it get watered down at all?

Give weight but less in comparison to unique IP and c class backlinks.

I'm not really sure about this, but many people think it's useless and webmaster may take you as spammer.
