What is best check list tool for recurrent work ?

I build back link every day and feel hard to manage them(pyramid links). I used Excel to control them but it is not effect too much.
I also try Zoho.com but this is good for To Do list. Because link building is recurrent works, it can not be done in one time.
My question is what is best check list tool for this SEO works? Do you use any tool for manage the link building works?

    I just do it manually.

    1 website folder. then 1 "master" file to track what gets done on what day.
    And depending on the volume of work, either 1 large file combining all work on 1 site, or a new file for each type of work.. each pyramid, each article blast, blog commenting.. etc.
    I never have a problem finding out what got boosted, pinged, indexed, deleted, hit with a pyramid, etc.
