Can someone interpret these results for me?

I have tried to find a keyword phrase with the Google Adword Keyword Tool and then typed it into a tool on nichewatch.com (it says its: a tool for webpages to compete for).

I think I explained that right.

What exactly does this mean as in, should I be trying to compete against these sites?

When I click on the PRD and PRP links, nothing under a 3 comes back for any of them.

If I did it correct, this should be 2 screenshots(or links to them) of the results I got.

Or would you need more info than this?

The exact name domain with the .net is also available on it and the .com is just parked.

The second screen shot I pretty much know what that means, I just thought I would include it to ask what the two together mean.

Thanks, Joe

The tool takes the google top results and gives you info on each page returned. This will be your competition for the keyword on page 1 of Google. Ya gotta learn how to interpret it.

You gotta click the "(...)" to see the actual domain or page PR, which is WAY too slow. You can't see the Title/description/page url with this tool either, which is important. I prefer seo4firefox.

just go after those phrases that the tool thinks is producing alot of traffic with low webmaster competition for that keyword phrase
