I hope this is in the right section but if it is not, would a mod be so kind to move it.

I came to the warrior forum in December and it has really helped propel my business forward. I am including some low competition keywords that I am not going to use. This is just my way of giving a very small thanks to a great forum.

Note:
Some keywords may have trademarked names in them and/or may not be suitable for anything. Most have a low adwords cpc if any at all. It is your responsibility how you use these, not mine.

I included a pdf so you can download them directly. They are sorted by SEO Traffic (Exact).

I constanly see on this forum everyone saying stick to something until it works. Thats what I did with keyword research.

In a nutshell without giving to much away:
I have a list of about 10 places that I use to scour for main keywords to search on. Google trends being one of them. The main keywords I find I will break down in to long tail keywords. I use 2 to 3 pieces of software to actually break them down and do further keyword research.

I have found that it doesnt matter as much what keyword software you use (but it helps) it matters what the main keyword is that you want to dig deeper in to. Example: If you use google's keyword tool to search for diet. Your going to get the same result hundreds if not thousands of other marketers are using. Even if you take some of the longer tail keywords google provides and research those down further those phrases are still being highly searched by other marketers. (This is my opinion and I could be wrong).

We solve this issue by finding less searched main keywords. The other day I went to google trends and found the keyword "dr. phil 17 day diet". The 17 day diet had been featured on the dr phil show and was a popular search on google. I was able to take this keyword and find some decent long tail keywords in the diet niche with low competition.
