Hi,

I have 10 adsense niche site with 1k+ searches per month with 1$average cpc.

I want to sell 2 of them to have more investment because I have found more profitable keywords to target with adsense and I have depleted my funds now creating the sites and promoting. And I need to wait for almost a month to get payment from adsense and by that time the keyword research I did will be in vain if someone will purchase the the exact domain I researched. And the keywords I have found have higher searches and have higher cpc.

How much would my site be sold?
I am earning at least $-1-3 per day per site.

carloanamortization.org rank 6 in google.com for car loan amortization-with $1.99 cpc- 1k US exact search per month
townandcountryminivan.com rank 6 in google.com for town and country minivan with $3.13 cpc 1k US exact search per month

Based on google adword keyword tool

And also where can I sell the website that I'm sure I gonna get paid?

Because its my 1st time in selling a website how do I transfer the website to the new owner? I mean the technical stuff, do I need to provide them all the files in the website and change the owner in domain hosting?

Any guides and help would be really helpful.

Please help me guys as I need to purchase the exact match domains right away before other people will buy them I have worked hard for the keyword research and did everything manually so its sad if those exact match domains will not be mine

Thanks!

    Hi deoro,

The quick answer is that your websites (like most anything else) are worth what someone will pay you for them!

LOL Probably not what you wanted to hear mate, but that's essentially the truth of it. Websites are not like gold (or other such goods) where a relatively objective standard is used for valuation purposes. If you were asking how much could you sell an ounce of gold for, I'd be able to provide a more specific figure ^_^

Having said that, there ARE those that would attempt to base a valuation on 12 months worth of current earnings (usually no more than that). Others might say around 10 months is fair. Others still argue that valuations on these terms are ridiculous based on the volatile nature of earnings from IM - Adsense in particular. My best advice is YOU choose a price you can live with, do your best to sell at that price and be prepared to negotiate.

However, as far as flipping (selling) your website is concerned I am really not sure that its the solution for your particular problem. From the sounds of it you need cash quick and website sales often don't happen overnight, unless of course your selling very low and its a no brainer for buyers out there. Can't you scrape together a few bucks somehow offline? Unless you need to register a lot of domains it shouldn't be too hard to get what you need without selling yourself and your websites short.

    My 2c.

    Anton

I think the quickest way to get a benchmark that you can work from is to take the monthly income of each site and multiply it by 9-12 depending on factors like alexa ranking, domain name, how old the domains are, etc. People pay really well for adsense sites that make money and dont take too much effort

Do you have proven revenue for these sites? How long have they been earning?

If you have more than 3 months revenue for each, take an average for the last 3 months to get a monthly average. As a buyer, I would consider 6 months revenue a bargain and 8-10 months as a fair price.

If you have less than 3 months revenue, still give your revenue numbers, but the income won't be as stable and I would expect to get around 6 months revenue as the standard, unless you do a REALLY good job selling the fact that the sites will most likely make more in the future.

Anyway, check Sitepoint or Flippa for website sales. If you're looking for a really quick turnaround, know that you'll probably get less $$...it's a trade-off.

should be optimized again in order to increase revenue rather than sold.
