I have like 30 website each hosted in different c-class ips. I was wondering if this would be of any SERPS significance if I link them to a money site since almost all the website are just new.

    I would wait a bit before linking them all to your money site. If they are all new and all those links appear suddenly, that could raise a flag. Start building some links to those 30 sites first, then you can link them to your money site over time. Then those links could better help your serps.

      Beyond that, you won't get much out of using 30 relatively new sites to link to your money site...
