Help SEO Question RE Video Site What would you do?

Hey I and a partner have a video training site in a niche. We are changing a lot of things and scraping the videos for a variety of reasons.
We have like 1200 indexed pages through Google
We have a site that has a PR4 page.
We want to change to a more cleaner wordpress model.
QUESTION:
IS there anyway to salvage the 1200 page rankings? Redirects etc?
And how would you go about this ?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
