Blogs posts still `comment is awaiting moderation` am i actually getting the juice ?

Hi guys,
I have many many blog posts that are still `comment is awaiting moderation` the link is live and showing on the page but the comment is awaiting moderation, Am i actually getting the juice from this backlink because its there on the page i just don`t think some of the blogs are being moderated at all its been months since the comment was placed on the page.
So do i still get the juice from the link even if its not been accepted by the blog owner ?

    Most blogs all use the NOFOLLOW attribute for comment author links, and that brings up allot of different opinions again. I don't post on blogs to get the link juice anymore anyway. Just post on blogs if I might add the conversation and you will get trickle of traffic from other users reading the post.

    I wouldn't base your SEO on blog commenting.

      Not basing your SEO on blog commenting alone, I agree. You have to mix it up. Blog commenting is just a part of SEO. But if done effectively it's one of the easiest ways to create high quality backlinks. There are plenty of high PR blogs that are more than happy to accept your comment & backlink as long as it's on topic and beneficial to the post.

        Its going abit off topic here i completely understand about where and when to backlink i`m just asking if the link on the comment i`ve made is sending juice to my site because its showing on the site even from different pcs
