How Many Keywords You Target Per Week

Hey guys wanted to see what most of you are doing when it comes to ranking your keywords. I had to fire a few of my seo guys they were not getting the job done so now I am doing it myself and already am getting results in the first few weeks. I have so many keywords I want to rank for though.
Right now I probably am doing good on about id say 12 keywords which are on page 1-2. Those keywords only cover 4 of my most successful products. Now I want to expand to my other products.
Most of you spread your keyword seo though month or have a weekly system.. Love to hear any way some of you do it, looking to tweak my weekly system a little bit. Thanks
