KEYWORD.info vs KEYWORD101.com

Hi,
I've found an awesome keyword that if I rank highly will bring in $100+ per day without doubt.
The keyword has an exact match .info domain available but I was wondering whether or not it would be better to get a .com domain instead with the keyword but with an extra word like 101.
What do you think would be better in terms of ranking?
