Hi,

<title>Vacation Rentals, Beach Homes, Condos, Cabins, Villas &amp; Vacation Rental Home Properties by The Best Villas</title>

This is my title tag.I am just asked to increase the SERP rank for the keyword "Florida villas".

Is this the right title for this keyword.

I would like to say no and I just like to see the right title tag.

I think that the first word or phrase should be your main keyword (Lorida villas) and if you really want to go for sure, use your main keyword two times in title.

      That title is too long.

I would ditch all the words except Florida vacation rentals.

Here's a trick I use. At the top of my pages, I'll actually put a snippet,
using <strong>. So, your page would have something like:

domain.com com has information about <strong>Florida vacation rentals, including condos, villas, cabins and other Florida rental properties.</strong>

I would put that as my <meta> description as well.

But I gotta tell you, if the site is in your sig there is probably no
way that is going to rank for Florida. It's all over the word. Nothing
      Florida about it.

It's kind of strange to see anchor text of Florida rentals and not a
      thing about Florida rentals.

So I am asking in a respectful manner, what's up with that? You want
to rank for a term that's not what the site is about.

Google can be a strange bird sometimes, but just having anchor text does
not make it so. Google in most cases will ignore that irrelevant text.

If somewhere on your site there IS a page on Florida rentals, then that
would be the page to promote with that anchor text.

You didn't mention the keyword Florida anyplace in the Title, why not?

Keep everything focused on your keyword (per page), have a new keyword, create a new page & repeat.

    Plus everything that Paul said...

BTW, that Florida villa link in your sig is a sharp looking site, nice theme!

Even if you add a ton of links to your website containing the targeted and primary anchors but your actual web pages do not contain them, the chances of getting top ranks would remain very low and weak. Your title tag should contain the primary term, not stuffed too much, one single occurrence of the term is enough. Then continue with writing descriptions that also contain the term but written naturally.

You are advised to add some text paragraphs to your homepage as well, talking about Florida villas that seems to be your main word. On page optimization is still playing big roles over the net, heavily affecting rankings of websites.
