A backlinking to do list for VA???

For those of you who have a VA that only does Backlinking....

What would be a good routine for a VA in this area....

What software should I have my VA use to build links...besides manually building them....

Quality links like link wheel and profile links. Let your VA use scrapebox and AMR. Those are nice software.

  Is there such a thing as short training videos that I can send to my workers to show how to build links by way of blog commenting, forum profile, and other means...
  
  I can make my own...but I'm sure professional training vids would be better...
