Backlinks from classified ad sites

I was looking at one of my competitors sites in Yahoo Site Explorer. They have a lot of backlinks from a classified ad site inetgiant.co.uk
When i clicked on the link to the site, i couldn't see a link to their site anywhere on the page from inetgiant.co.uk so im not sure where their backlink is.
How do you get backlinks from classified ad sites such as this? I looked at the post an ad form and there isn't anywhere to put a URL.
Also do they help with the ranking or are they poor quality backlinks?
