My traffic is increasing but earnings is not!? HELP

Ok I'm new about this whole internet thing. I'm a rookie.. I know most of you guys are experience when it comes to this.
You see I recently found a way to increase my traffic. (After a year of stuggle).. I now get 100 visits a day with one blog. I know it might not sound much..but considering that I only get 1 to 3 people a day before, its a great leap and continue to gain more. I'm pretty happy with it.
The problem is my adsense earnings is just not going up. Its Zero nothing nada...none.
Yes traffic continues to grow on a daily basis but earning is not
