I have a domain that's xxxxxxxreview.org, it's a large popular company. The domain is about 2months old and when I registered it I was unaware of the violation until now.

I wanted to see what would be the right course of action, I am planning to send an email about the issue and ask for permission to maintain the site under their rules etc.., but also willing to surrender it and transfer to a new domain under their request.

The site receive good traffic for their new product (ranked top 5 for many keywords and even under the company website) that is yet to release and it's all free promotion.

I'd hold on to it until they ask for control through the proper channels (c&d etc).

^ that's one reason I've been considering, but was thinking what if I went ahead and contacted them first maybe they would grant me permission lol?
