  I think other than the usual things like what the PR of the bookmarking site is, and if the links are dofollow, it's important to find sites that work best for YOU. For links I submit, I get the best traffic from tumblr, reddit, facebook, twitter, and stumbleupon. Hope this helps!

You should get stick to organic SEO, that is directory submission, back linking, blog postings, bookmarking, so other stuff waiting in the longer list, ( keep it for later )
it is important for the reason that you bookmark the same content at different sites ( words of mouth marketing you could say )

There are useful tips for increasing the traffic on website like you must optimize your site with some good seo and seo tools, To get your site listed in directories, Get listed in search engines, Get links to your site, Buy links to your site, Buy banner ads, Participate in a banner exchange program and so on.

Hi..Akthar. As you asking about the traffic on an adsense blog, try to post fresh content regularly. Don't use any software for this work. Social bookmark to high page rank sites. If you try to make any business through your site, try to maintain an adwords campaign. These would help you get maximum traffic.

You can try this plans:
1. Posting new artcles
2. Submit each article links to socialbookmarking sites (Use this tool onlywire.com and imautomator.com to save your time)

bookmarking is really a waste of time unless you socialize on them.

I would go to relevant forums, do article marketing for referral traffic, post on sites like CL (Craigs List), web 2.0 props (Squidoo and Hubpages), answers.Yahoo, etc.

you can try ppc to gain instant traffic but if you want free traffic then try SMO. Facebook, twitter, youtube i social networking sites where you can get better traffic

try to get stick with organic seo as it will get you genuine results ( though with slower pace but effective )

Social Bookmarking is the useful one among all of the process. But it requires some criteria. If you don't socialize them then it would be just waste of time. Of nobody is link up with you in facebook, twitter then it will get you nothing. I mean you have to make good persona and get more friends, fan, follower etc and then link up them. Use the like button as it may be the key "Key" for your social marketing strategy.

If the content is original on your site then you can easily run some backlink campaigns as you will be able to rank it in the serps. If your site is a cookie cutter site without unique content then yu can purchase clicks or run some social marketing campaigns on Facebook and Twitter to drive traffic to it.

You need to Submit High PR Bookmaring, Forum Posting, Article Submission, Press Release, classified ads, Forum Posting & Blog Commenting to Drive Quality Traffic.
