My English websites has no visitors

My native language is not English. I have many website in my native language and they work fine. I also have many sites in English but they have not a lot of visitors because of competition. I have done these things for years and know well how to choose keywords, get backlinks etc. I have a website about pregnancy in English (good and unique content I have used the "ghost writer") and this site has under 100 visitors a day. I have a website about pregnancy written by my natice language and it has about 1000 visitors a day. I would like to publish more sites in English but I really don't know how to get visitors enough. It seems to be so tough competition in every niche in English. I just examined lesser searched keywords but there are also quite tough competition in English.

I would be appreciated for any help...

      I have done that, not worked, waste of time. I need traffic from search engines (Google) because it's much more targetted.

      submiting articles in article direcories
      social bookmarking
      blog commenting in your niche

        Thanks but it's not all about backlinks. I really don't care to build thousands of backlinks nowadays. Maybe it's too hard to find a good niche which is not over saturated in English.

            wow... you have a lot of content on your site,

            but I think you need to make better on-page SEO...

            find keywords with 1000-1500 searches per month and 30.000 - 50.000

            competition.

            Also you can target some long tail keywords with a couple of articles that have

            a lot less competition as 5.000-15.000

            Make sure that each article contains your keywords 3-4 times in bold

            No point getting traffic if they don't like what they see when they get there. One thing I would notice is that there are very few pictures and a good part of the pages is empty.

    No need to get worry, just do a little bit of keyword research, focus on them, try to get back links, directory submission and anchoring text on the same keywords.. you might get Hello or Hi from various visitors. ( Hope so )
