Can any seo experts give me a backlinking strategy to get my site out of google sandbox please.

    Sometimes it can be difficult. You may just be stuck and have to wait.

    The only thing I can recommend is go to fiverr and buy a backlinking pyramid gig for your site. Those are the best and safest ways to build backlinks.

    Well, you're gonna have to give some more info for a more in depth analysis.

    What is the age of your site?
    How many backlinks? (you can check with backlinkwatch.com)
    Do you have good original content or PLR or duplicate content?
    If it was a new site did you blast a bazillion backlinks to it in the first week?
