Adwords disapproving my Ads

Hey warriors,

Adwords keeps on disapproving one specific ad of mine and I have no idea why: I dont use any trademark (that I'm aware of), I dont use any weird symbol or capitalization, I dont use forbidden words, I dont promote adult material... To my eyes, the ad is totally clean, and no matter how I re-word it over and over it always gets disapproved.

Does anyone know any support email address from someone at Adwords so I can ask what's going on?

TIA!

    We need more info.

Remember that the system is only a computer program. It doesn't always get it right because it follows hard rules. Take the following ad title for example:

    Motts Apple Sauce

It could be flagged because of the word apple which happens to be the same name as a popular computer company.

Obviously, this apple has nothing to do with the other Apple. You could ask for an exemption and everything would be fine.

You can find out why your ad is rejected by hovering over the speech bubble icon next to the ad in question. Is it because of trademark? Other reason? We'll be able to help better if we all knew the reason.

That's precisely my question: WHERE do I ask for an exemption? what's their email address?

      Thanks!

Requesting exemption takes like forever if you even find their support email, you can just get up your ad here and ask people to help you review it, you will certainly know what the problem is.

They gave me like 7 different reasons when I asked them why I was banned. I do have their phone number.

Are you displaying ads on warez, Rapid leech and other related sites?

The exemption I'm talking about is to tick off the check box that says "request exemption" when this sort of thing happens. It appears when you click the info box of a disapproved ad. You'll also find it in Adwords Editor. No need to send an email.

Yup, as above, sometimes we'll get ads dissapproved for no good reason. Just re-submit with exemption in Adwords Editor.

There are few products that Google doesn't allow advertising. Most of the disapprovals are for other reasons. The list of products not allowed are here. So Coach is wrong in saying they don't tell you. Strange too that he would tell you if he claims Google won't.
