PPC Changes Recently

Hi,

Has there been any changes in adwords recently? that affect the UK.

I was advertising on adwords and had a conversion rate of about 25% recently from my new landing page Sell Your House Quickly | Quick House Sales.

But i'm still getting some clicks but no conversions.

I really don't know where to start. One of my other sites is getting clicks at about 15% which i'm happy with. but my main site suddenly seems to have dropped off completely and i don't understand why.

I did make some back end changes recently...but the front page landing page is exactly the same.

    Have you checked to see if your conversions were coming from a particular site that is no longer displaying your ad? It sounds to me like a change in quality of traffic and I doubt it is anything Google has done.

    (Search Network shouldn't be affected unless there has been a change in market over there.)

    Complex question, with little data.

    You would have to look at when you got that 25% conversion on what keywords and at what cost to compare to now.

    How long a period was it for, are they the same landing page?

    The main thing is are you getting traffic on the keywords that were converting.

    Having exactly the same problem in France. I tried to communicate with Google, but didn't get any decent answer. Did you manage to solve the problem?
