Sites such as digg, delicious etc, don't offer dofollow - so is it not worth submitting to them?

Forgive me I'm completely green when it comes to this aspect of I.M.

Where are the benefits coming from these sites generally...

Any advice greatly appreciated...

    Can be used for better indexing of your site. If you see that your pages were not indexed. you can submit to social bookmarking sites. like digg, delicious, stumble upon, twitter, facebook etc.

    2It doesn't matter whether it is do follow or no follow when it comes to social bookmarking. We are social bookmarking just for the sake of links, we create social bookmarks for traffic and getting indexed fast.

    Of-course creating back-links with social bookmarking is good but again no-follow has its own importance.

    Direct traffic is the maximum and good harvest when using social bookmarking, as for it can make site be indexed fastly and more, I have no idea, I don't think so.

    Social bookmarking whether it is dofollow or nofollow still has an importance and you can benefit from it. If it is nofollow, you can still benefit from it specially for better indexing.

    Hi..I think social bookmarking sites would help you to generate traffic and in case you find that your backlinks are not indexed then you would need to ping them...please go through below points which surely will help you to know what exactly is needed to increase traffic:

    1. Good and unique contents in your backlinks
    2. Relevant sites
    3. Page Authorit
    4. Blog postings with good articles
    5. Backlink on hubpages

    Submitting to these sites is still worthwhile, as my experiences have shown that nofollow links still contribute to your site's SEO. Another benefit that these social bookmarking sites offer is: traffic.
