De-Index from Google

Hi Warriors!
I had registered a domain and hosted a wordpress blog and it had got indexed pretty fast. Now its being some months and I want to completely change the Topic of my blog to some other. I setup the new site with wordpress, Filled in the title,desc.,keyword etc. and setup contents and pinged the blog. Now the results in google are the 1st result is the updated blog and the rest are the ones from the old contents! So how do I deindex them and force google to pull the new results?

  Thank you for your quick reply! I want to deindex my previous contents and start afresh! I know buying a new domain is the best option but still I want to experiment! .

Yes, but you have to do some work to make this happen. On the other hand, what are the downsides to leaving it as it is?

  The currently indexed contents have been removed from my blog and clicking them will lead to 404 errors. So its better to have a fresh blog without any errors. Also I have some quality (hard earned) backlinks to this domain hence I dont wanna let loose them.

Oh, you can easily fix that with a 301 redirect. When people click on the old link, they will be redirected to the new site/page.
