There are 102,000 results (using inanchor,intitle and inurl terms) on a top keyword having 33,100 exact local searches per month according to google. I am thinking about creating a niche site about that product.
What is your advice on creating backlinks ( how much per day ? ).
And in how much time i can rank my site at first spot? ( Your estimate might encourage me )

    That sounds like a goldmine with 102,000 results it should be pretty easy to get that number 1 spot with a little work. Buy the exact keyword domain, optimize your content, and just build a few good backlinks to the site with some high pagerank that should be more than enough to take over number 1.

    Find out how many backlinks the number 1 listing has by going to alexa and seeing how much traffic the site gets via its Alexa ranking, and how many backlinks it has according to Alexa.

    Just top it with more quality backlinks and it should be a cakewalk. Natural linkbuilding is the best just do your linkbuilding manually.

    Sorry but that's impossible to say, because it depends on so many factors. For one, you can't measure how hard it is to rank by looking at the number of results. You should instead look at the strength of the top 10 pages ranking and see if there's any way you can beat them (relevancy, # of links, strength of links, etc).

      The site is having 112 backlinks. The one that is at the top.
      And alexa ranking is 1,528,803 and there are 9 sites linking to that site. Which is at first spot.
      but there is not exact keyword rich domain available but one with some extension is available.
