My site is stuck.

My site has been stuck at number 11-12 on page 2 for about two weeks now. I have been trying to build backlinks but am struggling to find forums that allow sigs in my niche. And most of the blogs I find are nofollow and low page rank. I currently have around 58 links.

I have written three ezinearticles, one hubpage, and one infobarrel page. I have been doing blog commenting and forum posting with little success. I'm trying to see what my next step should be?

Also, I read somewhere that I should write an article every day. Is this good advice?

    See when you are stuck in ranking,there is two reasons the competitor has higher backlinks than you,Build quality backlinks and yes write unique articles to your site first then to article directories.

      1000 backlinks from 0pagerank sites = 20 backlinks from 6 pagerank sites

    Stop promoting other sites (EZA, etc) & build more keyword pages on your own site. Then include the keyword in anchor-text pointing back to the page that is at 11-12 on page #2 in the SERPs.

    I have been there where you are and I just dug in! I found alternative way of creating back links. Some ways are easier or better for different niches. I figured out that writing articles wasn't my thing..and excelled in other areas. When I begin to stop getting back links from one way I then move on to another way and I keep on rotating. Just keep on going. You will get there.

    Honestly? A few weeks is nothing, I spend years to get some of my websites where I want them. If your looking for something get rich quick, you need to look into the lottery and not rely on us for that kind of stuff. If you want a long term income, then keep working.

    Go buy a few thousand links from someone. 58 links is nothing to be honest. I get 58 links when I just tell a few buddies about my site. You shouldn't be complaining about being stuck until your links in Yahoo Site Explorer have reached 10,000.

    Keep working, there is nothing wrong or "stuck" about your site.
