Backlinks...help me out please

I guess the next major step I want to take is to start a backlink campaign of some sort (seems to be the consensus). Whats your take on this? Aggressive (is it too risky, site is 2 months old) or conservative? And how exactly do I go about getting backlinks? I know forum posts, blog posts, etc but how do I find these things? How do I get a backlink on a PR 3+ site? And if anyone has any success with good quality fiverr gigs or WSO's or any other program let me know. I'm a first year school teacher, so the budget isn't out of this world, but I can spend a little.

Also I hear alot about outsourcing backlinking. Where do you outsource too? What do you look for from these places?

    Site is two month world,Then look for some backlinks by writing articles,forum posts,blog comments.By using market samurai you can find high PR blog comments.You can outsource those things by looking in warrior-hire section.
    Don't do any type of blast of links using xrumer directly to money site.

      Anyone had any success on odesk with someone doing backlinks for you? This is the one aspect of IM that I hate....and i've done everything myself up to this point, and wouldn't mind getting someone to do this for me. If only I could make a sale to help pay for this outsourcing, so I don't feel like I'm just losing more and more money!
