If I rank on page #1 for keyword "women hand bag" and I did build many links for another keyword "women hand bags", will I get google dance for both keywords ranks or only the second keyword?

You can rank for any number of keywords you want. In theory, a single web page could rank for all the keywords in the world. Ranking for one keyword doesn't affect ranking for another keyword.

Just build links and content and optimise for both keywords (assuming you want both). Some good effort and you will find that start to rank well for both key words. There is probably some cross over in the two as well which makes it a bit easier.

You can rank for both the keywords or as many keywords as you want to rank on and as Miroslav Chodak said you can rank for all the keywords on your web page.

Well, it is only difference of singular and plural so you may use one of them and if the competition is low your both keywords would be ranked, if high competition then build links for both.

They go back and forth and will sometimes depend on the content and keyword that are actually on your site and pages. The backlinks help a lot, but if one phrase is more prevalent on your site it may rank higher.

Yes, both keywords will rank first in google only if you build the links in a natural way and if that particular keywords has less competition.

There is no such thing as Google dance. You can use the anchor text which has multiple keywords.

personally i only gor for a maximum of 2 main keywords per page, do backlinks for them and do longtail keywords linking that has the main keywords in the anchors to gain 10-20 of your top longtails. use some keywords of your longtails in your description with your main keywords. for example "shoes" (main) in the descript "where to buy good tennis shoes for running." link for the main keyword shoes but this will allow you to pick up . Tennis shoes, buy tennis sshoes, buy shoes, where to buy shoes ect..
