In a search for my site, other sites pretend to be my site

I just set up a site to sell t-shirts a few days ago on websdotcom.
i then went to adwords to experiment in keywords to lead people there. Not having much luck, i decided to search for my site the way a user who just stumbled on it and then went away might do. i typed in the name of my site but forgot to put in the websdotcom at the end.

Lo and behold, i find many results where they have the exact name of my site and many words from my Google Ad in their blurb. however when you clik to go to their site, you find they just want to lead you to a cafepress or other site where you can buy their highly overpriced t-shirts vaguely (sometimes very vaguely) related to the shirts on my site. Nowhere on their page is my site listed! For instance, if i have pro-obama shirts on my site, they list sites where you can buy anti-obama shirts. if i have shirts relating to black women, they have white women in black shirts. :-) How are they managing to get my keywords, my site name and my adwords into their blurb. i thought that whatever was in a blurb had to actually have been cached by google from the page!

this has happened to me in the past when i searched for a local screenprinter and got results where they put the name of my city in their blurb but when i clik to go to their page, there is nothing in there even close to where i live.

How is this done? it is very frustrating and leads to people just giving up on finding what they want. i had to resort to driving around my town and spotting a few screen printers that way.

Now google has a way to block all results from any site that disappoints you and i use it. but still, i'd like to know how this is done. And also what is the technical name for this practice?

I'm confused. Can you give an example site that is doing the forwarding?

well i did a search for customteesbysharon as if a user could only remember that much about my site. i get these sites with my site name in the results.
Ask.com, Beso.com, shopzilla.com, bizrate.com and clothingandaccessories.become.com. their blurb will have my exact site name and words from my ad, so the user will think, "oh, this site has the exact site i am looking for listed on their page. then when they click this result, they may get a short line like, sorry, there are no results for "custom tees by sharon" then there will be a list of cafepress and other sites that they want you to click on. i guess they are scraping my adwords ad and then somehow manage to fool google into thinking that this content is on their site.
