    Pay per click networks can serve either advertisers ans publishers.

    An advertiser is a company who pays PPC networks to display their ads on various web pages.
    A publisher gets paid for allowing PPC networks to post on their site.

    As an advertiser, you probably would want to check out
    adbrite, 7search, infolinks, adwords and facebook

    As a publisher you'll want to check out adsense.

    P.S. You probably want to remove your email from your signature. Keeping it there is a great way to get yourself spammed.
