Is SEO Book worth it?

I am sorry if this is an inappropriate Post ( speaking about another community other than warrior ).
But I would like to know if anyone thinks that Seo book is worth the current $300 per month price tag. I seriously doubt anything is worth that much. but the site does rank quite high on Alexa. I know Alexa is not all that accurate but it is a convincing indicator at times.
