Market Samurai Experts: Help Needed Please

I have been using Market Samurai for a while and although I know its not currently as powerful as in the past, it still works for me. Here's my question:

If I am looking for an exact domain url to purchase, which of these two below would you choose(assuming they are both available) and why (these are made up names/numbers BTW):

Searches SEOT PBR SEOC
president obama healthcare 118 50 67% 113000

healthcare president obama 118 50 2% 4620


I had always gone with the higher PBR but considering how much higher the competition is but the Competition is way higher for #1. This is the one major flaw with MS in that how can one phrase have a much higher competition rate yet have the same # of searches--just doesn't add up so I've always gone my gut and taken the higher PBR one. I Know I can just get both but that's missing the point. Thanks for any help.

      I think the PBR trumps everything else.

      Speaking from experience, when I first started out I bought a keyword domain that was "backwards" from what everyone in real life would put in the search engines....it doesn't do too well in visits and it sits at the top of Google for that keyword.
