Hi,

I bought a WSO and was recommended 30 Minute Backlinks: One Way Link Building

Just like to know is 30 Minute Backlinks: One Way Link Building relevant today? It's seems that this is more than a year old but sometimes, olden is golden.

Are there any similar programs out there which are cheaper?

Thanks in advance.

Patrick

Why do you need to buy backlinks? Do article marketing, blog posts, forum partcipating etc. That will do.

As long as the backlinking program is on the forefront of SEO and constantly updating it should have a chance.

If it does what it did a year ago I don't think it could be that effective, so much has changed!

Google is focusing a lot towards social media these days so include that if your backlinking too.

    Cheers,

There are many other great ways to get good backlinks, and if you are building buffer sites you can send tons of xrumer and scrapebox links like mad. To your main site only try to get the safest and better links for longer term success.

Google is always changing so you will have to keep up with them but it is better to be safe. And remember to mix up your backlinks from different sources like articles, blogs, forums, etc.

The product is by Michelle MacPhearson and I have had experience with some of her products. She keeps up a pretty active internet marketing blog as well.

I do not have any idea why one-way backlinks would no longer be relevant, but not knowing *how* she's telling you to get them, I'd be afraid to say.

Why not visit her website, contact her, and ask her about your concerns about the product being outdated? She's probably the best person to give you some insight.

These days it is really simple with Google:

If your site is new, and you spam backlinks, google will sandbox/ban you.

Ok this is incorrect information on many levels.

First, the Google sandbox DOES NOT exist. It never did. It is a myth, one that I personally wish would just die. There is only unstable moving up and down the SERPs, which has been coined by SEO's as the Google Dance.

Second, you can still rank brand new sites--especially EMD's--straight out of the gate with a mix of profile links and social bookmarks. How do I know this? Because I do it myself. Xrumer services are still holding strong in the SEO world, and you can find many of them right here on this forum.

If you couple xrumer built links with quality content on your site you generally have absolutely nothing to worry about. Even if you start to "dance" you can get homepage backlinks from many providers to stabilize your site.

You're going to fail. If you're afraid of failure then you do not belong in the Internet Marketing Business. Period.

This is completely incorrect and has been demonstrated a great many times. A domain might have 15,000 pages in Google, and then BAM, 0, as evidenced by a site:domain.com search showing 0 indexed pages.

Sandboxing is an old term which currently means (quoted from Google's support forums):

        * Some sites have "weak" content (tiny content, partially duplciated, very poor internal link structure etc.) and may be removed from SERPs
        * Some sites have a variety of Internal Duplication (Canonical, Multiple URLs, Replicated page contents etc.) which may get Filtered.
        * Some sites have External Duplicated content (full), which may be Filtered out (google only wants to show 1 version!)
        * Sites that are Not popular (low Quality and low Quantity InBoundLinks, and/or links that appear False/Non-Volunteered) may perform poorly
