My site vanished from google serps

Hello warriors,
I sent a new site(also new domain) to NO.20 in google Serps in 3 weeks, with completion 22k/month(US visitors only), thought might be able to appear on page 1 in the next week. Today, i checked it, it disappeared in google top 500.
Any thoughts?

    1) does you have dup coanten in most of your site? if yes - so i know google dont like new site that are duplicated other articles.
    2) does you give this big number of links?
    3) does you use black hat , cloacking - so maybe it this.

      2) , massive backlinking hurt? should we give 10 backlinks/day?
      3) :p, a bit black hat, i thought i learned fast, honest people difficult to earn money,

        Quality is more important than quantity. Make good quality permanent backlinks at a regularly basis.

        Do not try black hat technique. It may give you quick result, but using black hat technique never get long lasting success. Most of the people get punished for using black hat technique.

        for a new site, i think massive or abnormal number of back-links is not good and a main indicator that Google will use to put your site in the sandbox.

    It will vanish every once in a while, just because you can't find it doesn't mean it isn't there (try site:yoursite.com), it's just the crawlers getting the keyword from your site and balancing them out.

    Never use blackhat techiniques first of all. It is instant gratification gone wrong.

    You see results and it leads you to believe you will rank high. But eventually google figures you out.

    also, you must build backlinks slowly and steadily from high PR sites. You cannot expect to blast 1000 backlinks and get rewarded long term.

    Getting 1000 low quality backlinks in one week is nothing. Getting 100 high PR backlinks in a week with beat the 1000 every time.

    It is great to get a boost in traffic and ranking, but the process implemented under the circumstances you describe are going to be pretty typical if you don't keep the pace of what you started.

    Google likes to see consistency and quality as it pertains to your back link campaign.
