I'm about to outsource my blog commenting on oDesk...suggestions?

I've finally decided to begin outsourcing my SEO work. Here's my plan:

-Going to learn the most efficient way to blog comment
-Will train my VA how to do it
-Will pay my VA a few bucks an hour to blog comment a few hours a day

That's my basic strategy. I'm looking at oDesk and Elance, but not sure where to go. Anyone care to set me on the right track? How do I get the best work and not get screwed?

      Good strategy, test out a few first before going full time with one. Maybe also have them comment in a forum a few times a day

    I am using oDesk services and have hired many VA, but I always prefer "fixed price" than hourly price. Its a really good prices and you can get your word done as per your requirement.
