Everyone wants their website on top rank of a search engine but the question is how we can get it.The answer is relavently easy one should get the perfect Anchor text which are perfectly suitable for the site's content and also should see that those anchor texts draws high amount of traffic. So that if we are on top page of the search engine then we will get high amount of traffic with the help of those anchor texts. Once the anchor texts are decided then the next step is to go for link building based on the anchor texts.

As we know Link building is a process of submitting our sites on other domains on the internet, and it depends on link building that how much traffic we draws to our site because the more the number of sites which are pointing towards our site higher we will go on a search engine ranking and accordingly we will get higher traffic on our site.so one should understand the fact that Link building is a very crucial process.

But a Search engine not only sees the number of sites which are pointing towards our website ,it also consider the Quality of the website which is giving backlink to our website. The link building should be done with the help of some fine seo experts. And every seo expert will suggest you to go for because its look more natural to the search engine and by doing link building manually we can provide more quality as we include all the social network sites that have more authority and ranked more than 5 pr and all the sites are do follow so its like every backlink that we provide is of high quality and gives you the maximum possible result.

You want the page that links to you to have some real link popularity to share with your site.

A home page with a PR5 is just that -- one page on one site with a PR5. The PageRank on the home page does not automatically make the internal page on a website have some link popularity to share.

In other words, if an internal page of a PR5 website only has PR0, then there is no link popularity to share.

PageRank is a nifty number, but it only applies to the page you are looking at, so having a link on another page of the site is often of little to no value. Also, PageRank does not have a direct impact on how a web page will rank in Google.

It is not uncommon to find lower PageRank pages outranking higher PageRank pages in Google's search results.

But page rank flows, so if the home page has a PR5, then there must be some flow from that page to the page your link is on, to your URL. And if the home page has a PR5 or what ever, then you would assume that the page your link is on will eventually gain page rank over time.

It is always best to get the highest page rank you can to place your link, but that doesn't mean that the page rank zero links are not worth having.
