Insurance Niche - First Page ... What to do? [Review Needed]

Hi !

I run this site Life insurance ratings, life insurance quotes

Is on first page on Google US (#7) after this key "life insurance ratings" - US exact searches - 1,000; CPC - $17.41

This site is lunched in 12 Jun 2010 and for the moment has no Page Rank because Google has updated its page rank only until 10 June 2010. I am convinced that the next page rank update will take at least 4.

For this key "life insurance quotes" is on position 190 US mentioning that i have not promoted for this key

Script is custom made.

Do you think you can tell me how much can I ask for this site?

PS - Script cost me 1.000$ and the work that I did for the last 11 month (3.300$)

    well i didn't get your website at first page of g but since i know how many folks there are around asking for those life insurance ratings i know you will make at least 20 bucks for that site..

      In general you will get a 6 to 12 months worth of revenue. Depending on the state of the site.

        So chinmokuyuuki you telling me if a site that cost to build 1-5.000$ (custom script and SEO on page and off page seo, content, etc) have no value if have no earning to report?

          I checked one page on the site in OP & it's content is from EZA!

          Not having unique content & copying & pasting from a free source doesn't have much value IMO, since anyone can copy & paste.

          The backlinks are easy to get (the links I looked at) .

          What exactly did you spend money on, besides the domain/theme?

          OP, I'm not bashing your site, I actually like the way it looks, nice clean looking theme.

            lol OP, If I didn't know what I was doing and spent 20k on a domain, + articles and off page SEO it'd be worth that? Hell no.

            If you have a site making 0$/day, unless your domain is worth something your website is worthless. Besides if someones looking to buy the website because of the script.
