Transferring PR from one page to another

I have a static page on one of my sites with some pagerank, and I'd like to remove the page to help clear out my navbar.

There are plenty of more authoritative pages on my site that I'd much prefer had that pagerank - will 301ing the page instead of deleting it transfer the link juice?

Doesn't really matter now. Why don't you remove that page from your nav bar, and leave the page up? If you won't use it anymore, then rent out backlinks from the page. What is the PR? If it is PR1-2 I wouldn't even bother. You could 301 to your home page, but it might not benefit you too much. But every little bit helps right?

Its not pass your page rank to new page but it will pass some pr juice to new page but according to me if its pr1-2 don't bother about it.
