Google Panda is the Google's algorithm update. With this update Google algorithm is valuing your websites content more than anything else. They have set new parameters to identify & rate your content. The basic parameter is that your content must be unique & relevant.

What on earth could someone ask this kind of question with a bunch of signature?! Google search engine is very accurate in giving information about that question. Why don't you try and paste your question there?

Google panda is an improvement to google’s search algorithm which helps google to fight content robbers and spammers. Remember google caffeine? This update is similar to caffeine update but it might not impact to most of users same like caffeine did.

Google about its search engine algorithm recently. If you use duplicate content on your site and made only for adsense, Then Google will penalize your site.

JackChase says it al.If you still are not sure and want more information on this you can always Google it. What better place to search for information on something that was created for. Anyway we are now looking on the next big update so Google Panda might be pretty well down the street.
