How Do I NoFollow a WP page?

It has my download link on it, and I'm not sure how to make it so the SERPs don't display it. Right now it's set to "Private Publishing" but I don't know entirely what that means.:confused:

    If it is set to private publishing then search engines won't index the site at all. To just no-index certain pages you can either install 1 of the many SEO plugins or just create or edit your robots.txt page.

    It will tell you exactly what your current robots.txt is in webmaster tools.
