Show Me A Well Structured Adsense Website

Greetings:

I am a newbie compared to most of you and I've always been interested in finding out more about the concept of Adsense.

Would a few of you warriors please direct me to a few adsense websites so I can get a look at how they are structured. I've probably been on many and never realized it.

Any additional guides or information on Adsense from you personally will be greatly appreciated. I believe in getting my information from those you have gone before me.
I've wasted a lot of time being held hostage by "information overload". Today after I get some answers, I'm going to do like NIKE, Just Do It!
Thanks.

The standard two column layout works ...with adsense blocks under the Title and directly below the main content body. I've found it best to use the 300x250 under the title and then 336x280 under the content.

The 160x90 link units also works nicely when floated either left or right inside the content body.

      Hey Retsek:
Thank you. Can you direct me to an example, a visual?

    Hello,

You can start by Forum Google Adsense which contains important information about the system.

    Good luck!

I'll do you one better: a whole video dedicated to showing the best way to layout a website for AdSense (done by BlogTyrant)

      Code:
      hxxp://youtube.com/watch?v=ZBeB864X5as
      Replace the x's with t's

He uses a specific site as a great starting reference. Of course, you don't want to do this on a premium blog or a blog related to your brand, but for a topical blog relying on search engine traffic, this video is a great resource.

OMG! Thank you so much Sparring Mind.
I have a wordpress blog and wanted to use the Google Search Box, but you also must have a place for the Google Results to appear. I can't imagine (visually) where the search results would show up, since my blog posts take up most of the page. Little stuff like that get's confusing.
        Much Thanks!

For GCS (Google Custom Search) create a new Wordpress Page (not Post), then insert your GCS code that shows the results.

Add the GCS search box code in the header.php or footer.php of your Wordpress theme.
