Google Dance or Change?

So I started internet marketing around the start of May and quickly found myself on page 2 because my keyword doesn't get a lot of searches and isn't very competitive. One day I decided that I would change the content of all my target pages, and my ranking plummeted to something that I can't even find on scroogle. Would this be considered google dance since my site is really less than a month old, or would this be because I changed the content of my pages and it needs to be ranked again?

Probably both. In the future, make 1 change at a time and record it. If it causes rankings to go down, reverse it. If it is an algorithmic thing, where you reverse the change the rankings should also reverse.
I myself have made 10 changes in one night and lost rankings (for much older sites) and I wouldn't know what caused the drop because I made too many
